The Pentwater Lake Association (PLA) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit membership organization, started in 1995. Below are links to the PLA Mission Statement and the PLA By-laws (created in 1999). Board members serve 3-year terms. The President and Vice President must be Board members and are elected annually at the Annual Meeting.
